退款与退货

 

1. Overview 概述

In general, refunds or returns are not accepted for any reason unless over-ruled and determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse refunds under any condition.

除非特殊情况，一旦售出，概不接受退款或退货。我们保有不退款的权利。

 

2. Prints 照片艺术品

As each print is custom made to order, refunds are not acceptable. However, if your print is damaged during transit, please provide photographic evidence to orders@linfengliphotography.com and we will carefully examine the situation and attempt to arrange a replacement.

每张照片艺术品都是定制打印的，不接受退款。如果照片艺术品在运输过程中受到损坏，烦请通过 orders@linfengliphotography.com 电邮联系并提供照片证明，我们会仔细检查受损状况并尝试安排换货。

Please note that any claims for misprinted or damaged or defective prints must be submitted within 30 days after receiving. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

任何有关打印错误、损坏或是瑕疵品的售后申请必须在收货后的 30 天内提交。有关在运输途中包裹丢失的售后，请在预计到货日期后的 30 天内提出申请。

 

3. Buy now, Pay later 先用后付

Please note that any transactions made with a "buy now, pay later" payment plan such as Afterpay or PayPal's "Pay in 4" are not eligible for refund. Please make your purchase decisions carefully before proceeding with a payment plan payment option.

请知晓任何使用 “先用后付” 服务，比如 Afterpay 或 贝宝 "Pay in 4" 的交易都不符合退款条件。潜在选择 “先用后付” 服务下单前仔细再三考虑。
